Additional Charges (apply all year):
- Non-refundable reservation deposit: GBP£200 or US$300 (this will be deducted from your final balance).
- Refundable security deposit payable with final payment: GBP£200 or US$300.
- All rates include tax.
- An additional charge of $180 a week is applicable for use of pool heater (not usually required May - Sept.).
- Rentals less than 7 nights will incur a cleaning charge.
