Within a very short drive of the villa you will find some great courses. All of these noted below are rated by Golf Digest as some of the best places to play in the state and country. We therefore recommend that you enquire about reservations before you arrive.

Closest to the villa (less than 5 minute drive) is the Highlands Reserve Golf Club (1998). This is a great value for your money and a great starter course to get you in the mood. See highlandsreserve-golf.com.

5 minutes from the villa:

  • Champions Gate (2000) - International (links style) & National courses. The David Leadbetter Golf Academy (ranked #2 in the country) has its international headquarters at Champions Gate. See championsgategolf.com.

Within a 15 minute drive:

  • Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club (1993). This is another value for money course and a must play. See southerndunes.com.
  • Diamond Back Golf Club (1995). See diamondbackgolfclub.net.
  • Celebration Golf Club (1996). See celebrationgolf.com.
  • All the Disney Courses. 4 of these 5 courses are championship courses on the PGA tour. See disneyworld.com or call 407-WDW-GOLF for tee times.

15 - 30 minute drive:

  • Bay Hill Golf Club (1961). This is an older tournament course designed by Arnold Palmer. It is ranked as one of the best courses in the state. Although more pricey than the others listed here, it should not be missed. See bayhill.com.
  • Hawk's Landing Golf Club (1986). Bring lots of balls for this one as there are water hazards on 15 holes! See golfhawkslanding.com.
  • Falcons Fire Golf Club. This is a really nice links style course with plenty of water. See falconsfire.com.
